Prior to the flowers being delivered, Tustin Flowers sent a "Bloom Snap" so I could see exactly what was being delivered. GREAT IDEA, and all florists should take heed of their awesome customer service. When I originally ordered the roses, I felt they were a bit expensive. Because of their customer service and the beautiful bouquet they arranged, I could not be happier. I will definitely use Tustin Flowers again and again. Thank you.
